Terri and I visited her new nephew. Here are some pictures we took.

His name is Colin and was born on August 13th. Congratulations Steve and Michelle!

We got Wii Fit and once again Nintendo put out another fun game for the Wii. The Wii Fit makes exercising fun! I was surprised that I broke a sweat on some of the exercises. I guess I knew that since the Wii told me I am fat. Here’s a video of Owen playing the soccer game.

I posted pictures of Lollapalooza on flickr. It was a lot of fun. Some of my Highlights were Nine Inch Nails, Flogging Molly and G. Love. One of the shocking bad performances was Perry Farrel. He started out playing a half hour late and then it went downhill from there.

I also took a little video of the NIN concert and decided to test out the video feature of Flickr.

Here’s the lineup as we saw it:
Friday: The Black Keys, Cat Power, The Raconteurs (partial), CSS (partial) and Radiohead.
Saturday: The Gutter Twins, Perry (partial), DeVonchKa (partial), Brand New, Jamie Lidell, Lupe Fiasco, Toadies, Rage Against the Machine and Wilco.
Sunday: What Made Milwaukee Famouse, The Whigs, Brazilian Girls, John Butler Trio, Chromeo, Black Kids, G. Love & Special Sauce, Flogging Molly, Love and Rockets, The National, and Nine Inch Nails.

We had a lot of fun and saw a lot of bands.

Elk Grove H.S. Varsity Baseball was part of the final four! They played this morning and the winner was going down state for the championship. Here is a picture from the Sun Times of my cousin, Justin Kaczynski. He’s getting tagged out here but they won that game.

I just heard that they lost this morning. Oh well, good job EG for getting this far!

I just received the weirdest email. It doesn’t look like it’s trying to sell me anything, so I don’t know the point of it.

The subject of the email is “best”

Then there is one line that reads “your life is crap”

I guess spam has moved from trying to sell you stuff to verbally insulting you. I might actually read spam if it is as entertaining as this one.

Terri and I are heading up north for this long weekend. We are going to Door County, Sturgeon Bay to be exact. We have reservations at the Whitefish Bay Farm Bed and Breakfast. It looks like a nice place. A co-worker of Terri’s gave use a list of things to do there. The list included a place to hike and then about 10 restaurants. I guess we’ll have a lot of food reviews.
